You know the look
You sleep. You drink the water. Your skin still says you had a hard week.
Somewhere in your late thirties, skin starts to slow its own repair. It holds less water, loses firmness, and the under-eyes usually go first: thinner, darker, more crepey, however early you went to bed.
Eye cream sits on top of that. Concealer covers it until 3pm. Neither one asks your skin to do anything differently.
Polynucleotides do.
What polynucleotides do
A regenerative treatment, not a cover-up.
Polynucleotides are a regenerative treatment placed just under the surface of the skin, where they support its natural repair processes. Over a course of three sessions, skin quality can improve from within: hydration, firmness, texture, and the rested look that make-up was faking.
Under-eyes that can look brighter and less tired
Fine lines and crepey texture that can look softer
Firmness and bounce through the face, neck and décolletage
Results that build gradually and look like you, not like a procedure
What to expect
Under an hour in the chair. Back to your Saturday. Repeat twice.
Treatment time
30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area
Course
3 sessions, 2 to 4 weeks apart
Downtime
Small raised areas settle within 24 to 48 hours
Results
Build gradually over the course of treatment
Consultation £50, redeemed against your first treatment within 90 days.

Three sessions a few weeks apart, with improvement that builds through the course. Begin in October and your skin has done its work before the invitations arrive.
Before you book
Straight answers.
What does the consultation cost?
£50 for thirty unhurried minutes with Kremena. The fee is redeemed against your first treatment if it takes place within 90 days.
Is this the same as filler?
No. Filler adds volume and changes contour. Polynucleotides work on skin quality: hydration, firmness and texture. The shape of your face stays the same.
Does it hurt?
A fine needle and a number of small points. Most people find it very tolerable, including around the eyes.
When will I see results?
They build gradually over the course of treatment. For the eye area, most of the change shows over 6 to 8 weeks, and it depends on your skin. Kremena will tell you what to expect for yours.
What if Kremena says I don’t need it?
Then you leave with honest advice and a clear picture of your skin. Saying no is part of the service.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Pay in full by card or bank transfer, or spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay, subject to approval by the provider. UK residents, 18+.
