Every plan begins with a consultation. If treatment is right for you, its price is confirmed at your consultation, following your individual assessment.

The consultation fee is redeemed against your first treatment if it takes place within 90 days. Your consultation may or may not lead to treatment. Any treatment takes place only if clinically appropriate, at a separate appointment.

What happens at the consultation?
Kremena reviews your medical history, looks at your face at rest and in movement, and talks through what bothers you and what is realistic. You leave with honest advice, whatever you decide.
Will I definitely have treatment?
No. Treatment is only offered if it is clinically appropriate after a full medical assessment. Kremena may suggest no treatment, or a different approach, such as treatments for skin quality.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
No. If treatment is right for you, it always takes place at a separate appointment, so you have time to think.
Will I still look like me?
That is the whole point. KREA’s approach is restrained: the aim is for you to look refreshed and still recognisably yourself.
What does the consultation cost?
£50 for thirty unhurried minutes with Kremena. The fee is redeemed against your first treatment if it takes place within 90 days.
Is there a review?
Yes. If you have treatment, a review at two weeks is included, in person or by secure photographs.
